How do I move an EasyPelt valve to another room?

In Snugr, each valve is linked to a specific room.
If a valve is physically moved without updating the associated room in Snugr, the heating regulation will be disrupted (incorrect temperatures and schedules).

Therefore, you must always update the room assignment when moving a valve.

Steps to move a valve in Snugr

1. Open the installation wizard

   • From the local or remote Snugr interface (depending on your gateway).

2. Go to:
   Settings → Installation

3. Click on “Manage your devices”.

4. Select the valve you want to move.

5. Click the edit button for the valve.

6. Click on the room name:

   • select another existing room, or

   • create a new room and move the valve there.

The valve will immediately be associated with the new room.

Important information

• A valve cannot be moved correctly without updating its room assignment in Snugr.

• Each room has its own temperatures, schedules, and regulation rules.

• Always update the configuration when physically moving a valve.
