How do I move a sensor to another room?

In Snugr, each sensor is linked to a specific room.
If you physically move a sensor without updating its room assignment in Snugr, temperature readings and heating regulation may be incorrect.

To move a sensor properly, you must update its room assignment in the installation wizard.

Steps to move a sensor

1. Open the Snugr interface (local or remote, depending on your gateway).

2. Go to: Settings → Installation (installation wizard).

3. Click Manage your devices.

4. Select the sensor you want to move.

5. Click on the room name linked to the sensor.

6. Choose:

   • another existing room, or

   • Add a new room, then select it.

The change is applied immediately: the sensor will now be linked to the new room.
