I don’t have a user account yet, how do I create one?

If you don’t yet have a user account to access the Snugr interface, follow these steps:

  1. Ask the administrator of your Snugr installation (the person who created a user account during installation) to add your user account from the:
    Settings → Users page.

  2. You will then receive an email with a link that allows you to complete the account creation process.

  3. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam / junk mail folders.

  4. If you still do not receive the account creation email, contact your network administrator or Snugr support for assistance.
