How do I reset or change my password on Snugr?

Resetting your account password

To reset the password for your Snugr user account:

  1. Open your preferred browser and go to:
    https://app.snugr.be

  2. If you are not logged in, click “Forgot your password” on the login page.

  3. Enter the email address linked to your account and click Send.

  4. You will receive an email with a reset link valid for 1 hour.
    If you don’t see it, check your spam / junk folders.


Changing the local admin password

The local admin password (used for the local interface or installation wizard) is separate from your main user account password:

  1. Log in to https://app.snugr.be with an administrator account.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Site infos.

  3. Click Change local password, enter and confirm the new password.

This change applies only to the local admin password.
