How do I factory reset my Snugr Smart Plug (round version)?
Factory reset (Clear All)

Press and hold the touch button for more than 20 seconds until the red LED stays ON continuously.

Release.

Confirm: press and hold again for more than 5 seconds.

The green LED blinks 5 times quickly: the plug is now reset to default settings.
Important: if you don’t confirm (step 3) in time, the procedure may cancel automatically (timeout).
Snugr note (recommendation): during the reset, avoid gateway-to-plug communication (remove the plug via the installation wizard or temporarily power off the gateway), otherwise you may see green blinks related to communication.
