What is “maintenance mode”?

Maintenance mode is a feature designed to make radiator bleeding easier during maintenance operations.

When this mode is activated:

  • all Snugr radiator valves fully open within a maximum of 10 minutes,

  • an instruction is sent to the boiler control unit (if installed) to prevent any heating demand
(no hot water production for the heating circuit).

This setup ensures optimal conditions for bleeding radiators without interference from the heating regulation system.

Where can I enable maintenance mode?

Maintenance mode can be found under:
Temperatures → Settings

After bleeding the radiators

Once the bleeding process is complete, it is important to disable maintenance mode in order to:

  • restore normal valve operation,

  • re-enable automatic heating regulation,

  • allow the boiler to respond to heating demands again.
