What should I do if the Snugr interface does not load or shows a blank page?

If the Snugr management interface does not load properly and you see a blank (white) page, follow these steps:

  1. Refresh the page in your browser at:
    https://app.snugr.be

  2. If that doesn’t work, clear your browser cache and try again.

  3. If the issue continues, try accessing the interface from a different browser or device.

    • If it works elsewhere, the issue is likely linked to your original device.

    • If it still doesn’t load, try again later.

  4. In case of an Internet outage, you can still use the local interface of your Snugr box to manage your installation via your local network.
