If your boiler box displays the "communication delay error" symbol, please follow the procedure below.
Note: Communication signals are sent every 3 minutes.
Is (was) the signal level correct? (At least one bar out of four) (see settings page - devices)
There are signal repeaters or access points that allow the signal from the Snugr box to be offset. Contact your dealer for more information.
Check that your boiler box is connected to your Snugr installation. To check the connection status of the device, go to app.snugr.be, log in and go to the "Settings" tab and then to the "Devices" tab. Your device should appear in a window called "Boiler Controllers".
