Frequently Asked Question

My calendar does not allow online access to the iCal file (.ics). How do I synchronise it with Snugr in this case?

It is possible to make an .ics file that is not online readily available for synchronisation with Snugr. To do this, you simply need to set up a Google Drive account on your computer and export the ".ics" file to the google drive folder. Then, you just have to share this file (right click share) and copy the shareable link. You will then obtain a link of the type: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1a1R8DgTuuymdqsdfqsdfqsdfqsdfqghtAAAAc/view?usp=sharing In the page parameters, management of the i-calendars of Snugr, you do not remain any more but to insert the url composed like this:

  • Then, add behind, the part included between "file/d/" and "/view?usp=sharing". In our example: 1a1R8DgTuuymdqsdfqsdfqsdfqsdfqghtAAc

The final url to be inserted in the Snugr form is therefore in our example: https://docs.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1a1R8DgTuuymdqsdfqsdfqsdfqsdfqghtAAAAc
