Ask the administrator of your Snugr installation (the person who created a user account during installation) to add your user account to this installation from the "Settings" - "Users" page.
You will then receive an email with a link to complete the process of creating your user account.
If you do not receive this email after a few minutes, check the "spam", "junk mail" or "junk emails" folder of your email client or contact your network administrator to verify that the email has not been blocked by your server.
If, after several attempts, you still do not receive the account creation email, please contact us to resolve the problem.
