Snugr communicates with our servers to enable you to manage your installation remotely. It is therefore necessary, at firewall level, to ensure that outgoing communications via the following ports are authorised (no ports need to be opened for incoming communications):

HTTP, HTTPS, FTP protocols (TCP 80, 443, 21, 22)

NTP protocol for time synchronisation (UDP 123)

ICMP protocol to authorise outgoing pings.
