Please replace the batteries first before going any further and wait 1 minute. It is possible that you have not seen the low battery icon and yet the batteries are completely empty.

In some cases, the low battery symbol appears prematurely, if your boiler box is working properly, you can wait. As soon as you notice that the boiler box does not switch the boiler on or off, or that you see the "communication delay error" symbol, please replace the batteries.
