Frequently Asked Question
The signal from a device is weak even though a repeater is nearby, why?

The devices always take the most direct route to the Snugr box to which they are connected, even if the signal is weak. The signal level does not affect the quality of the transmissions. The repeater is therefore used when a device is out of range of the box to which it is connected or if the environment (doors, metal cabinets, activity in the building, etc.) has an impact on the propagation of waves. Thus, it is possible that the waves are not always repeated even if a repeater is close to a device.
